Last year, so not that long time ago, I travelled to Poland to this very unique place in Poland, near Gorzow Wielkopolski to meet these very fine young ladies and lads, to watch them have their First Holly Communion. It was a heart-warming experience especially I had just left the church in Ireland where I was busy taking photographs of some other young children having their First Communion, plus I was approaching, along with my oldest son, his First Communion. ( yes, we did invite a Talented Photographer to record all this, how else? :).
Apart from the usual portraits of these beautifully looking kids, I recorded the documentary for them, to reflect the nature of the ceremony. It was an amazing event!
